How to get from the front of the building on Chester Road to the back of the building on Spinners way
From Cornbrook Tram station follow the map below to the rear of Sky Gardens. Note that your key/lockbox is at the back of the property next to the car parking.

The best way to get to the apartment by public transport is via Manchester’s tram service ‘Metrolink’. The apartment is a short walk away from Cornbrook Tram stop.
The Metrolink serves both of Manchester’s main railway stations as well as the Airport.

The Apartment is heated by wall heaters. Follow the video below for instructions on how to operate the heaters.
The hot water is set to come on automatically when you turn on the taps/shower so you don’t need to worry about any specific settings.
If the hot water isn’t working, it may be that the water has run out. In cases like this please follow the instructions in the video below.
The hob is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.
The microwave is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.
The oven is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.

The trash and recycling bins can be found on the ground floow opposite reception. Please follow the video below for directions.
Although rare, on occasions it may be necessary to use the fusebox in case something trips the electrics. On these occasions, we need to make sure that all the switches are in the same ‘up’ position. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for clarification.
The fusebox is located in the upstairs bedroom.
The internet is supplied by the building management – If there are any issued let us know and we will contact them to fix.
Check-out time is strictly before 10:00AM
Please note that we cannot extend checkout beyond 10:00AM as we have a very tight turnaround before the next guest arrives.
We cannot delay the cleaners from their other jobs. If you think you need longer please book and pay for an extra nights’ accommodation before staying at the property.
