Arrival

Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 PM.

If you need to drop your bags early or store your bags after checkout, you can use the left luggage app stasher to find a suitable place to store your luggage.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THOSE ARRIVING BY CAR​

In order to park, you will need to display the parking Permit in your car. You will find the parking permit in the apartment.

When you have finished with the permit please be sure to replace back in the kitchen drawer.

If, for any reason you cannot find the permit contact us immediately via the messaging app so that we can inform the parking operator.

Note that we will not be liable for any charges that you may incur by not following these instructions.

Parking permit Location

The parking permit is kept in the kitchen drawer below. Please place it in your car window after you have parked. Before leaving, please retrieve the permit from the car window and put it back in this drawer for the next Guest.

Lockbox Location

Lockbox is located outside the apartment door.

Car Parking Location

The car parking bay is ‘PE’ – you can see the location in the image below.

Gaining Access

Communal Building Entry

To enter the building first press the key to the right of ‘0’. “Enter passcode” will appear on screen. Now enter the code which you were given in your welcome email and then press the key to the right of ‘0’ again and the door will unlock.

House Rules

You must also acknowledge Additional rules 

  • No parties or events 
  • No smoking allowed [except on terrace]
  • Not suitable for children or infants [due to terrace]. 
  • No pets
  • Please take off shoes when around the rug 🙏
  • Potential for noise. (large apartment building with other tenants) 
  • No eating in the Bedrooms.- snacks/munchies are OK. 
  • Please do not leave any rubbish or belongings in shared spaces. 
  • Quiet Time 10 PM-6AM 
  • If you smoke on the terrace dispose of your waste appropriately into bins once extinguished. 
  • **Please make sure you read the listing in its entirety** 
 

HOME SAFETY 

Emergency Phone Numbers: Medical 111, Fire, 999, Police 999. 

Location of fire alarms: hallway, bedrooms, living room, kitchen. 

  • Please always lock all doors,turn the heating down/off when you leave, and be courteous to the neighbours 
  • Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval. • Absolutely NO illegal drugs of any kind – alcohol is OK.

If the Internet is Not Working

Make sure to setup the connections on the Wi-Fi router by ensuring:

  • The phone cable is plugged in into the router/modem.
  • The outlet is switched on at the wall.
  • The Wi-Fi router is turned on.
  • If it’s still not working, turn off the router for 30 seconds and then turn back on again.

How to Turn On Heater

Heaters are simple to operate as in the video below.

 

Please ensure that you turn off heaters after use and before leaving.

If the Heaters Don't Turn On

If the heaters do not come on it may be that they are switched off at the back so follow this video to ensure that they will come on.

Hot Water

The hot water is set to come on automatically when you turn on the taps/shower so you don’t need to worry about any specific settings.

If Hot Water is Not Working

If for any reason there is no hot water make sure these two switches are on which you will find in the utility cupboard. It may take a short time foe the water to heat after switching these on.

Fusebox Location

Although rare, on occasions it may be necessary to use the fusebox in case something trips the electrics. On these occasions, it can be found in the utility cupboard on as in the image below. Then make sure all the switches are in the same position. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for clarification.

Kitchen

Hob

Using the hob is simple enough. Use the video below to guide you.

You also need to make sure that it is on at the wall.

Microwave

The microwave is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.

Oven

On the left button, there are functions you can choose from. On the right is the temperature. Please make sure that you use kitchen foil with any use of the baking tray to make it safe for our next guests.

Washing Machine

You can select which cycle you want on the dial which corresponds to the cycle list on the left.

If washing machine doesn't come on

If the washing machine doesn’t come on it’s likely that the switch is off at the wall so you can switch that on by following the instructions in the video below.

Dishwasher

Dishwasher tablets are in the cupboard under the sink. Just put one in the tablet holder , switch dishwasher on, select cycle and then press start.

If Dishwasher Doesn't Turn On

If the dishwasher doesn’t come on it’s likely that the switch is off at the wall so you can switch that on by following the instructions in the video below.

First Aid Kit

In case of accidents, there is a first aid kit in the kitchen cupboard.

House Bin

The apartment bin is located in the kitchen

Trash / Recycling Location

Both the trash and the recycling are located outside the property. You can find them by following the video below.

Note that the code to enter the bin area is 2908.

Departure

Check-out time is strictly before 10:00AM

Please note that we cannot extend checkout beyond 10:00AM as we have a very tight turnaround before the next guest arrives.

We cannot delay the cleaners from their other jobs. If you think you need longer please book and pay for an extra nights’ accommodation before staying at the property.

  • Any checkout after 10:00AM will be subject to an extra cleaning charge
  • Please clean up any dirty dishes and put them away
  • Put any last minute dishes in the dishwasher and turn on
  • Make sure you turn off the stove, oven, heaters and lights
  • Replace any furniture that was rearranged
  • Take out the trash / recycling
  • Make sure you lock the doors
  • Leave the key(s) in the lockbox. The code will be the same as when you entered.
  • After checkout, you can use the left luggage app stasher to find a suitable place to store your luggage.
