We have one offstreet parking space for a standard size car. It will not fit estate cars or SUVs.
Larger cars can be parked on the road for free outside of these for 2 hours. During 9am-10am and 3pm-4pm, the car will need to be moved and put on a paybyphone parking space.

The temperature is adjusted by using the thermostat as in the video below.
The hot water is set to come on automatically when you turn on the taps/shower so you don’t need to worry about any specific settings.

Bins are collected every Monday morning so put out at the end of the driveway Sunday evening.
One week will be black and Green bin together. The other will be Blue. Small green food waste is every week.
Please note to put a brick on top of the food bin to stop foxes getting at it

Keys for the garden doors are located in the cupboard where the boiler is.
Hair dryer located in top draw of front kingsize bedroom
Toys and books in the house are for use but please wipe before and after using.
Keys for the garden doors are kept on this hook inside the boiler cupboard in the kitchen.
Warning! The doors to this cabinet do not open so please don’t try to force them.
Although rare, on occasions it may be necessary to use the fusebox in case something trips the electrics. On these occasions, we need to make sure that all the switches are in the same ‘up’ position. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for clarification.
Make sure to setup the connections on the Wi-Fi router by ensuring:

Please note that we cannot extend checkout beyond 10:00AM as we have a very tight turnaround before the next guest arrives.
We cannot delay the cleaners from their other jobs. If you think you need longer please book and pay for an extra nights’ accommodation before staying at the property.
