The hot water is set to come on automatically when you turn on the taps/shower so you don’t need to worry about any specific settings.

The extractor fan is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.

Both the trash and the recycling are located outside the building passing through at the end of the corridor with the corresponding code provided. Please be guided that the new code for the bin store is 1560.
Although rare, on occasions it may be necessary to use the fusebox in case something trips the electrics. On these occasions, we need to make sure that all the switches are in the same ‘up’ position. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for clarification.
