The lockbox is located at the front of the property just to the left of the front door.
If you arrive by car , there is free parking at the rear of the property.

There is one allocated parking space. Please see video below to show you where to park. This video also applies if you are arriving on foot as it will show you the lockbox location.

Heating will be auto-scheduled through the Google Nest. If you want to manually change it, rotate the ring clockwise and counterclockwise to adjust the temperature.
A comfortable temp will be between 20-22 degrees Celsius.
Turning the thermostat to its max will not make it heat up any quicker. Select 20, then when it reaches 20 degrees, turn up 1 degree at a time to max 22 until you are comfortable.
The hot water is set to come on automatically when you turn on the taps/shower so you don’t need to worry about any specific settings.

To make sofa into a bed while facing the sofa bed, pull the back rest towards you fully and it will go flat. To turn it back to sofa pull it again towards you (it will make clicking noise, stop at 3rd Click). Follow the video below for more instructions.
Using the hob is simple enough. Use the video below to guide you.
The oven is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.
The extractor fan is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.

If there is a leak or something you can use this to turn off water for the whole property.

Although rare, on occasions it may be necessary to use the fusebox in case something trips the electrics. On these occasions, it can be found in the utility cupboard on as in the video below. Then make sure all the switches are in the same position. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for clarification.
Make sure to setup the connections on the Wi-Fi router by ensuring:
If the appliances aren’t working, please check that the switches on the wall are on.

Please note that we cannot extend checkout beyond 10:00AM as we have a very tight turnaround before the next guest arrives.
We cannot delay the cleaners from their other jobs. If you think you need longer please book and pay for an extra nights’ accommodation before staying at the property.
