Depending on your direction of travel you can get the bus to Causeway Lane (Stand AC) bus stop. Alternatively, if you are arriving by another mode of transport, please follow the map below for location.
Nearest parking is Euro Car Parks Euro Car Parks Limited Mansfield Street 12 Belgrave Gate Leicester LE1 3GP and is £10 for 24 hours.

Take a left from the Social Climbing store and you will find the door for the Arcus Apartments.
Entering the Apartment is fairly easy as in the video below with the corresponding code provided.
The lockbox is located at the bottom right of the apartment door. We change the code periodically for security reasons so we will send you the latest code to your inbox before arrival.

The temperature is controlled by using the thermostat as in the video below.
The hot water is set to come on automatically when you turn on the taps/shower so you don’t need to worry about any specific settings.

The dishwasher is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.
The cutlery is located just underneath the hob in the drawer as shown on the video below.
The microwave is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.

Both the trash and the recycling are located on the ground floor of the building. You can find them by following the video below.
Although rare, on occasions it may be necessary to use the fusebox in case something trips the electrics. On these occasions, it can be found in the utility cupboard on as in the video below. Then make sure all the switches are in the same position. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for clarification.
The fusebox is located inside the utility cupboard next to the front door.
If the hot water isn’t working you can select the ‘boost’ function as in the video below.

If the trash door closes behind you and you can’t get back in the building, you can re-enter the building by following the video below.
Check-out time is strictly before 10:00AM
Please note that we cannot extend checkout beyond 10:00AM as we have a very tight turnaround before the next guest arrives.
We cannot delay the cleaners from their other jobs. If you think you need longer please book and pay for an extra nights’ accommodation before staying at the property.
