You can use the thermostat in the hall to control the room temperature. If you want specific radiators on or off you can control them directly on each individual radiator.
The hot water is set to come on automatically when you turn on the taps/shower so you don’t need to worry about any specific settings.

Both the trash and the recycling are located outside the property. The trash collection is on Wednesday morning and so both rubbish and recycling need to be put out on Tuesday evening.
There is also also a drying rack in the cleaning cupboard.
Although rare, on occasions it may be necessary to use the fusebox in case something trips the electrics. On these occasions, it can be found in the utility cupboard on as in the video below. Then make sure all the switches are in the same position. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for clarification.
The fuse box is located in the kitchen at the right side of the sink.

We cannot delay the cleaners from their other jobs. If you think you need longer please book and pay for an extra nights’ accommodation before staying at the property.
