If you need to drop your bags early or store your bags after checkout, you can use the left luggage app stasher to find a suitable place to store your luggage.

HOME SAFETY

Location of fire alarms: hallway, bedrooms, living room, kitchen.
There are wall mounted heaters in each of the rooms, see below for how to operate.
The hot water is set to come on automatically when you turn on the taps/shower so you don’t need to worry about any specific settings.
The hob is an ‘induction hob’ which means that it will only work when there is a pan on the ring.
You will also need to make sure that the safety lock is not activated on the hob.
You can see in the video below how to use the hob.
If the hob is locked you can unlock it by following the video below.
To use the microwave just follow the instructions in the video below.

The trash is located at the Ground Floor. You can find it by following the video below.
Although rare, on occasions it may be necessary to use the fusebox in case something trips the electrics. On these occasions, it can be found in the hallway as in the video below. Then make sure all the switches are in the same position. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for clarification.
Make sure to setup the connections on the Wi-Fi router by ensuring:
If for any reason there is no hot water, go to the utility cupboard in the living area. First make sure that the ‘regular’ switch on the left is on.
If the regular switch is on, you can activate the ‘boost’ button as in the image below This will give the hot water a boost but please give it a little time to heat up.
When finished, please turn off the ‘boost’ button.

Please note that we cannot extend checkout beyond 10:00AM as we have a very tight turnaround before the next guest arrives.
We cannot delay the cleaners from their other jobs. If you think you need longer please book and pay for an extra nights’ accommodation before staying at the property.
