Location of fire alarms: hallway, bedrooms, living room, kitchen.
There are 2 thermostats control the heating.
1 downstairs in the living room and
1 upstairs in the en-suite bedroom.
The temperature is adjusted by using the thermostat as in the video below.
The hot water is set to come on automatically when you turn on the taps/shower so you don’t need to worry about any specific settings.

The dishwasher is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.
The gas hob is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.
The microwave is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.
The electric oven is fairly easy to operate as in the video below.

For rubbish and recycling it’s through the gate with the combination lock:

The trash and recycling is behind the gate opposite the house.
Although rare, on occasions it may be necessary to use the fusebox in case something trips the electrics. On these occasions, we need to make sure that all the switches are in the same ‘up’ position. If you are unsure, you can always contact us for clarification.
Make sure to setup the connections on the Wi-Fi router by ensuring:

Please note that we cannot extend checkout beyond 10:00AM as we have a very tight turnaround before the next guest arrives.
We cannot delay the cleaners from their other jobs. If you think you need longer please book and pay for an extra nights’ accommodation before staying at the property.
